One day in early June 2008, I tuned into a local Chinese radio programme and they were featuring stories of cancer stricken children. A couple had four children and two out of their four children had cancer. When their first child was diagnosed with cancer, the father shaved his head. The young son asked his father why he did that. With love, the father told his son that he was going into battle with him. The battle was none other than the battle to overcome the sickness. This great act of love touched his son deeply.

A Father's Love
