Healing Grace

This morning, I made a cup of tea. As the tea bag sat in the hot water, water was seeping through the cup. On a closer look, I did not see any crack on the cup. I threw the cup away.

Sometimes we may look alright on the outside but actually we are all broken up on the inside. The turmoil, anguish, sorrow and pain have numbed our senses. We are at the verge of a collapse. We can no longer function though we continue to go about with our daily activities.

The Lord beckons us to enter into His healing presence. His hand is never to short to touch us. He waits for us with open arms. He speaks hope and restoration to all who choose to lean on Him. He has never failed us. He will never leave us alone to suffer in silence. He is a miracle working God. He turns our broken lives around for His glory. He breathes health, healing and wholeness into our mind, soul and body.

Today is Monte's birthday.  Happy birthday, Monte! 🎂🎂🎂 God has blessed me with a loving and wonderful husband.  I am blessed by his love, concern, care, support and encouragement.  We have shared the best years of our lives together.  God blows our minds and helps us to see that there is absolutely nothing He cannot do.  Our many challenges and mountains before us pale in comparison to the Lord's amazing power.  He speaks strength and grace and empowers us to soldier on.  We stand amazed at our majestic, glorious, mighty and wonderful God; knowing that what is most important is to see His will and work in us.  We magnify the King of kings and the Lord of lords.

Two is Better than One

Monte and I were married in March 1999.  I am so blessed to share all these years with Monte. He loves, encourages, supports and cares for me deeply.  Love gets richer when we allow the Lord to nurture and bless our marriage.  Two is better than one.  I love Monte with all of my heart.

God has brought us to the mountain tops and the deep valleys.  Deep sorrow mingled with great joy.  Breakthroughs mingled with set backs.  Failures mingled with success.  Release mingled with pain.  

All we see is the faithfulness of the Lord.  We see miracles.  We feel His leading and guidance.  We see His hand of love.  All that matters is to see His hand at work in our life.  The many challenges propel us to lean on the Lord more than before.  We have unanswered questions and situations that are tough; we have things that we are still grappling.  We allow God to speak into our life and circumstances.  We embrace the loving purposes of God. We will not go anywhere He is not leading us.  He is our rock, our fortress and our only hope.

No one can fully comprehend the depth, the height and the width of God's love. 

We have apparatus and equipment to measure anything and everything; but we will never be able to measure the love of God.  

Man has gone to the depth of the sea, he has gone to the ends of the earth. Yet he is unable to determine the deep dimension of God's perfect love. 

For the love of God is boundless. His love is  incomparable, eternal and unparalleled.

The God of this universe who holds the world in His hand knows each of us by name. He loves us with an everlasting love.

The Centre of Your Will

The safest place in this world is the centre of God's will. It is a place of release. A place of fulfillment. A place of hope. 

We discover His wondrous love that leads us to the total abandonment of our lives. Our sacrifice pale in comparison to all He has done for us. 

When we are in the centre of God's will, we see through His eyes, we hear through His ears. We know His heart-cry.  

In the fiery furnace, God's love envelopes us. The raging storms will not stop us. The mounting challenges spur us on to trust God for miracles.  

God begins to shape and mould us in His loving hands. His presence opens the door of our hearts to trust Him. We persevere with His assuring love; knowing that God's love never fails. His faithfulness reaches to the sky.  

This is why we do what we do; this is why we soldier on. 

We have a hope that does not die. We have a hope that purifies us.  We have a hope that perseveres.  

Lord, put us in the centre of Your will. We press into Your presence. We behold Your glory and Your grace.
