Harden Not Our Hearts

Ours hearts must always be soft and tender in order to hear the voice of the Lord. We need to come before the throne of God to allow Him to work in our hearts.

When we harden our hearts, we will be like clogged pipes. Water cannot flow through. We are utterly choked up. We are as dead as the Dead Sea. The stagnancy and deadness breeds death.

This is the very reason why God desires to see us flourish and thrive. We grow in leaps and bounds. We grow from faith to faith. We are vibrant oak trees.

Lord, let our hearts remain soft and tender. Let our hearts long for Your courts. Let our hearts reach out to You all day long. Help us, Lord!
