How Great Thou Art

A couple of days ago, Monte (husband) and I were on our way for dinner near our home. I snapped some photos of the setting sun. The glorious sight stole my breath away. The song How Great Thou Art best described the emotions I felt at that moment. Words cannot express the awesomeness and greatness of our almighty God.

And when I think, that God, His Son not sparing;
Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in;

When Christ shall come, with shout of acclamation,
And take me home, what joy shall fill my heart.
Then I shall bow, in humble adoration,
And then proclaim: "My God, how great Thou art!
