Not everyone gets to lead all the time. Sometimes the Lord puts us in a place where we may not be in the heat of things. It may be a support role. Seemingly, people may not see or hear us but the Lord never fails to honour our faithfulness.
One time I learnt of a Christian who was so happy to be given the opportunity to serve God by washing plastic communion cups.

The beauty of such an act of loving service radiate far and wide.
It is not the bigness or grandness of our ministry that touches the heart of God. Our loving submission and faithfulness speak volume.
