The Goodness of God

My heart well up with gratitude as I look to the Lord today.

God has blessed me with Monte. I thank God for him daily. I have spent the best years of my life with him.

We marvel at the merciful love of God. We are overwhelmed by His unfailing love. He floods our hearts with His presence. The goodness of God perpetually engulfs us.

The Lord has brought us to the deepest valley. He has brought us through countless raging storms.

All we see is His love and power. All we see is His glory and grace. We would have despaired had it not been for the power of God. His faithfulness reaches to the skies.

As God awakens us each glorious morning. He spurs us to keep on going on. He reminds us that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Our courage will not melt away. The adversity and hardship propel us to look to our Maker. The Lord makes a way where there seems to be no way.

Lord, You are why we rise with hope and expectancy each new day. You are the reason for our existence. Every breath reminds us of Your love and mercy. We worship You almighty God.

The Power of God is Real

God watches over my mum. I lift her before the Lord's throne daily. His reassuring and loving hands rest on my mum mercifully.

In 2019, my mum came down with Alzheimer's disease. She is not able to convey pain to us.

Once she wore a pair of new slippers. She was walking funny. I looked closer and saw the blisters. It is heartbreaking that she cannot convey discomfort and pain to us.

In mid December 2025, I visited my mum. She told me that her left leg was swollen.

I noticed the swelling and took immediate action to accompany her to the doctor the next day.

If my mum did not tell me about her swollen left leg, it could have been dangerous.

The power of God is real. Somehow the Lord has given her the ability to tell me about her swelling leg. It was a miracle.

The Lord watches over our loved ones. He cares deeply for them. As we pray, God works on our behalf. He grants us strength and hope to persevere. He helps us to navigate challenging circumstances. 

Let faith arise. We call on the Lord day and night. We serve a mighty God. Mighty to save. Mighty to heal. Mighty to deliver.

The merciful love of is poured upon God's broken people. Lord, we put our complete trust in Your unfailing love. Empower us this day.
