We Need You

We cry out to You. We call out to You. Your eyes are inclined towards Your children.

Your comforting presence envelopes us. You give us reason to live. You give us undying hope.

We need You every second. We need You every minute. We need it every hour. We are desperate for You. Help us us persevere to the end.

Our hearts find rest in You. Your eternal purposes propel us to soldier on. You are the reason why we rise with hope every single day.

The Elastic Band of Love

Monte and I were married on 20 March 1999. I thank God for Monte daily. God has blessed me with a godly and loving husband. I have spent the best years of my life with him 

While we were dating, we loved to cycle. We enjoy going to East Coast Park to cycle. 

Monte bought me an elastic band to keep my jeans from the bicycle oil. It is amazing, I have kept it all these years.

God nurtures our marriage. God builds our marriage. With the Lord's presence, we trust God to lead us to greater height. We trust God to lead us to deeper depths. Nothing will separate us from the love of God.

We live to see a sign of God's love. We live to taste His love. We live to see a glimpse of His glory.

Come Holy Spirit

Let our hearts be wide open to the move of Your Spirit. We make room for You to move. Break every barrier. Come in Your might and power. Fan the flame within us. Anoint us to serve You and Your people.

Let our hearts be wide open to the move of Your Spirit. Stir our hearts. Spirit of the living God, consume us with fresh fire. Reveal Your grace and Your glory as we behold Your beauty.

Merciful Saviour

Your grace abounds as we journey with You. Grace overflowing. Grace flowing from Your heart. You grace us with Your presence when taking the next step is difficult. The depth of Your grace sustains us miraculously.

Your strength abounds as we journey with You. Your supernatural strength enables us to go an extra mile. The strength of Your Spirit spurs us forward. The strength of Your Spirit spurs us onwards. Strengthen us as we call on You.

Your mercy abounds. Every breath speaks of Your mercy. We are one breath away between heaven and earth. We are awakened by Your mercy. We look forward to the days ahead because Your mercies are new every morning. Great is Your Faithfulness!

Unparalleled

Lord, You are more costly than gold. You are more precious than silver. All the best jewels in the world pale in comparison to You. 

You are unparalleled. You are incomparable. You are merciful and mighty. Your renown spreads far and wide. Wireman still seek You today.

Saturate our hearts with Your presence. Let us come in prostration. Let us come on bended knee. We worship You at Your footstool. We bow in humble submission. You are the Lord of our broken lives.

The Strength of Your Spirit

We find new strength in the Lord each day. This strength comes from the heart of God. This strength from God is supernatural. 

The Lord prods us on when we are weak. He infuses His strength on us. He energises us. He renews and refreshes us as we wait on Him.

God is actively at work in every facet of our lives. He pours His mercy and grace on us unceasingly. He opens our hearts to embrace what is ahead of our lives. He works in the present. He works right at this moment. Our future lies in His loving hands.

Strengthen Us by the power of Your Spirit. Help us soar like the eagles. We are carried by the wind of Your Spirit. Empower us, Lord.

Broken People

God performs surgery on our hearts daily. He breaks us. He moulds us. He chisels away the rough edges. The broken people of God allow Him to do a deep and a lasting work perpetually.

We lean on Your strong arms, Lord. We need You at sunrise. We need at at sunset. We need You when we lay our heads on the pillow to rest. We need You every moment. We need You desperately.

God's power is released through our brokenness. He works His deepest work in us as we yield to the power of His Spirit. In His love, He releases His anointing upon us. He moves in us. He moves through us. He moves amongst us.

Lord, move powerfully through our lives and ministries. Empower us. We lay on the altar. We offer our lives as a living sacrifice. Consume our broken lives, we pray.

Because of Your love

Because of Your love, each day is brimming with hope. Your sustaining grace helps us to persevere. You teach us to lean on Your strong arms. You teach us to rest in Your love.

Because of Your love, life has meaning. Our sole desire is to see You glorified and magnified. Our destiny is in Your hands. You have called us to Yourself. We hearken to Your clarion call. We are made to praise You. We are made to lift Your holy name. 

Because of Your love, mercy abounds. Every breath speaks of Your merciful love. Our lives are about one breath away. We boast in knowing You. Let everything that has breath praise Your holy name.

We Trust Your Goodness

Seeing a rainbow on the wall next to our fish tank. Seeing a rainbow through the fish tank. 

God creates the rainbow. He commands the winds and the waves. He is supernatural. He is almighty. 

You remind us that You are a covenant making and covenant keeping God. We trust Your goodness. We revel in Your love.

Lord, flood our hearts with Your presence. We behold Your glory. We proclaim Your majesty.

God is So Good

A rainbow is reflected on the wall next to our fish tank. The beautiful rainbow speaks of the faithfulness and goodness of God. The rainbow is also a sign of God's hope. As we gaze on the Lord, He floods our hearts with His presence. He has loved us with an everlasting love. He speaks strength and hope to us daily.

Grateful

Monte and I were married on 20 March 1999. When we were newly married, my late parents-in-law blessed us with some funds to get some crockery. Today, we have problem locating this carp series. 

Because of Your Love

We have come this far, it is all because of Your love. Your love engulfs us unceasingly. Your love lifted us. Your love made us whole. Love personified. Love divine. Love crucified.

We have come this far, it is all because of Your power. Show us Your mighty power. Reveal Your splendour and glory as we worship You. Mighty God. Mighty to save. Mighty to deliver. Mighty to heal.

We have come this far, it is all because of Your mercy. Your mercy is new every morning. Your mercy awakens us each morning. We would have despaired had it not been for Your mercy and grace. We worship You, everlasting God.

Faithful God

 

Great is Your faithfulness, Lord! The Scriptures tell us that God's faithfulness reaches to the skies. He is faithful from the beginning to the very end. He is not just faithful from time to time.  He is consistently faithful. He is faithful  every step of the way.

God in His goodness reaches out to us in love. He helps us when we are in distress. He is our mighty fortress. He is our deliverer. In Him we triumph. In Him we rejoice in exceeding great joy. Only God can make our hearts leap with joy.

Mighty is Our God

Every new day is filled with the goodness of God. God is not a figment of our imagination. He is alive. His power is real. He is as close as the mention of His name. He is almighty God. He is unparalleled.

He is Alpha and Omega. He is the beginning and the end. He rules and reigns for all eternity. Every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that He is Lord.

Lord, we worship You in the beauty of Your holiness. Sanctify us. Burn Your desires in our hearts. Teach us Your ways. Direct us on Your pathways. Lead us to Your high mountains. Lead us to Your living streams. 

We Worship You

You have made to magnify Your holy name. You have made us to worship You, our eternal God. We come in humble adoration. We come in loving submission. We surrender all.

You have made us to sing the song of the redeemed. A song of deliverance. A song of great jubilation. A song to proclaim Your majestic name. Let everything that breath bless Your holy name.

Thankful

Thankful for every breath. The breath of life. Your breath that sustains us. Thank You for putting eternity in our hearts. We hope in You all day long. Night and day, day and night we long for You.

Thankful to see a glimpse of Your glory. Your blinding glory. Your glory that radiates with love. Your glory overshadows us. Your glorious glory, magnificent and unparalleled.

Thankful to taste Your goodness. We live and move and have our being in You. We would have despaired had it not been for Your  goodness and grace. Your goodness and love lead us on to live victoriously.

We Worship You

God ministers through our broken lives. He works through every life experience. He is with us in every season of our lives.  

He assures us of His love and goodness. He opens our eyes to see through His eyes of faith. He inspires our hearts to trust Him in every challenge.

We call to mind His faithfulness and love. His mercies are new every morning. Nothing escapes His love. He orchestrates the circumstances of our lives to bless us. He reveals Himself to us increasingly as we worship Him.

His Hand of Love

One day, Monte and I were walking around our estate. I told him that it would be great to take a little break at that point.

The Lord heard our conversation. My brother blessed us with a staycation at D'resorts. This is not a coincidence. God is actively at work in our lives.

The ears of God are inclined towards us. He hears our conversations. His hand of love touches us daily. He shows us His merciful love and power as we journey with Him.

This journey is filled with His loving kindness. It is filled with overflowing love and mercy. The Lord inspires us to trust Him in greater dimension. He deepens our love for Him. He blesses us beyond our wildest imagination. He is almighty God.

Hope

This glorious morning is beaming with hope and optimism. Lord, You have made all things beautiful. You give us undying hope. You sustain us by the power of Your Spirit. You lead us to Your living water. We thirst for You. We hunger for You. Renew and restore our broken lives.

Merciful Lord

Lord, we look to You. We cry out to You. There is none like You. Saturate our hearts with Your love and presence. Stir our hearts. Let Your fire burn strongly in our hearts. Teach us to lean on Your strong arms. Help us. Deliver us. Fortify us. Sanctify us as we gaze at Your lovely face.

Mighty God

God works through broken vessels. He works through His broken and contrite people. He softens our hearts increasingly as we worship Him. He makes us pliable in His loving hands.

He pours His anointing on us as we step out in obedience. Faith arise. The Lord unleashes His power and might. The omnipotent God is unparalleled. He is invincible. He is mighty to save. Mighty to heal. And mighty to deliver.

Lord, anoint us. Overpower us. Envelope us with Your holy presence. Saturate our hearts with Your presence. Be magnified. Be exalted. Be glorified. Mighty God, pour Your grace and mercy on us.

Our Church Camp

Monte and I were so blessed at our church camp from 8-11 June 2025 in Johore Bahru, Malaysia. We thank God for opening the door for us to be at the camp. God moved powerfully throughout the camp. We are grateful for the ministry of Pastor Julie. May the Lord move Eternal Life AG to greater heights. May we experience a mighty outpouring of God's Spirit upon us.

This God is Our God

This God is our God. God of power and might. Omnipotent God. Manifest Your mighty power. Rule and reign gloriously. You are mighty to save. Mighty to heal. Mighty to deliver.

This God is our God. God of mercy and grace. Had it not been for Your mercy and grace upon us, we would never be where we are at this juncture. You poured in the oil and the wine. You restore and revive us daily. You are the glory and the lifter of our heads.

This God is our God. God of hope and strength. We lean on You. You energise and empower unceasingly. Your living hope spurs us to thrive. Your supernatural strength enables us to climb every mountain. We are eternally grateful to You.

Awaken Us

Awaken us with Your love. We hear Your voice. Your comforting voice. Your reassuring voice. Your voice brings strength and hope to us. We hear the voice of Your Spirit. We hear Your call. Calling us to follow You wholeheartedly.

Awaken us with Your love. We see Your face. Your radiant face. Your lovely face. We behold Your glory and beauty. There is none like You. You are unparalleled. You are irreplaceable. 

Awaken us with Your love. We see Your grace. Your grace abounds. Your grace leads us through every crisis. Your grace sustains us. Your grace empowers us.

The Leap of Faith

God leads us to live by faith. The leap of faith is supernatural. We are incapable but God enables us to jump. He enables us to leap forward. He stretches our spiritual muscles to make this leap.

Lord, help us to take the leap of faith. You open our eyes to see the miraculous. You flood our hearts to believe You wholeheartedly. We see through Your eyes. We hear through Your ears. Touch and sensitise our hearts to the promptings of Your Spirit.

We desire to move in Your anointing. Empower and anoint us. Grant us gifts and talents to serve You and Your people. Enlarge us. Extend us. Flood our hearts with the vision  of the cross. Help us to live by the power of Your Spirit.

Miracle Working God

God has led Monte and I to live by faith. It is often challenging. God comes through all the time. He is faithful. Faithful to lead us. Faithful to restore us. Faithful to provide for our every need.

A book entitled A Man Called Mr Pentecost by David Du Plesis influenced me a great deal. Mr Pentecost would be ministering in far flung places. He did not have the funds to get back home. He trusted the Lord. Our miracle working God provided the funds for him to get home.

This God is our God. He provides all the resources to accomplish everything He puts in our hearts to do. There is no lack in the Lord.

From 2012, Monte had attended the Society of Pentecostal Studies (SPS) conference on several occasions. The last one at Kirkland, Washington in March 2025. God provided for every trip he made in various locations all over the United States. In 2016, the SPS conference was not too far from Fresno, California. Monte and I spent a month in the States. The Lord provided for every need.

In January 2023, Monte and I spent a month in Asia Pacific Theological Seminary (APTS) in Baguio, Philippines, as it was a requirement for his PhD studies. The Lord provided for us miraculously. Glory be to the Lord!

Subsequently after that, Monte had to spend another month in APTS. God again supplied our needs. We can only stand in awe and marvel at God's love and goodness.

There is no scarcity in the Lord. He grows our faith to believe Him for the miraculous. Teach us to live by faith, Lord. There is nothing our God cannot do. We put our complete trust in our everlasting God and King.

Our hearts go out to everyone who has joined us in this journey of faith. Thank you for standing with us. Thank you for supporting us. Thank you for praying for us. Thank you for sowing into our ministry. May the Lord bless you abundantly.

My Late Mother-In-Law

My late mother-in-law left Monte and I a great legacy. She loved the Lord deeply. She love and served God wholeheartedly. She was a woman of faith and tenacity.

My late mother-in-law faced health challenges for years. The sickness did not stop her from loving and serving the Lord. Her life was a powerful testimony of God's mighty power and love. 

Monte and my marriage is a mixed marriage but I always felt the love and acceptance from my late mother-in-law. She was full of love.

My late mother-in-law prayed for Monte and I. She loved us dearly. She lives in our hearts.

My late mother-in-law came to Singapore a couple of times with my late father-in-law. I will never forget my interactions with her and my late father-in-law. Those wonderful memories are deeply etched in my heart.

One day, I will see my late mother-in-law again. I thank God for her life. She had been a great blessing to Monte and I.

Thank You, Lord

This glorious morning is a gift from You. We thank You for eternal life. We thank You for a new day. We thank You for a new beginning. Thank You for putting eternity in our hearts.

Saturate our hearts will Your abiding love. Lead us on in victory. Lead us to Your living streams. Lead us to Your high mountains. Help us to understand Your purposes and plans. Broaden our understanding. Ignite our hearts to burn with Your zeal and power. Move upon our broken lives.

With All of Our Hearts

With all of our hearts, we worship You. The highest calling we have is to worship You. We bow down and adore. We seek Your face. We linger in Your holy presence. Saturate our hearts with overflowing praise to You unceasingly.

With all of our hearts, we follow hard after You. There is no reservation. We will follow You to the ends of the earth. Lead us and guide us. Help us to remain faithful even if the harvest does not yield any crop. 

With all of our hearts, we trust You. Those who trust in the Lord shall be like mount Zion. We shall not be moved. We cling to You. We hold fast to all that You have bestowed on us. We trust You with our final breath.

Merciful Lord

Not a day has passed that we have seen Your glory. Your glory fills the earth. Your glory flood our hearts. Your glory is radiant. Your shines shines upon us. Let Your glory fall. Oh! The splendour of Your glory.

Not a day has passed that we have not seen Your mercy. Your mercy leads us to Your loving embrace. Your mercy follows us all the days of our broken lives. Your mercy rules. Your mercy reigns.

Not a day has passed that we have not seen Your love. Love so deep. Love so rich. Love so wide. Love so divine. You have loved us with an everlasting love. Your love spurs us to reach into Your heart. Draw us by the Spirit and we will run after You.

We Cry out to You

This glorious morning, we call out to You. We cry out to You. And the Spirit in our hearts cry Abba, Abba. We are eternally grateful for Your work in our broken lives.

Touch our lives. Make our lives count. Teach us to number our days. Help us to persevere in Your love. Guide us through the straight and the narrow. Lead us through the treacherous terrains.

We see You high and lifted up. We see a glimpse of Your glory. We know Your power. Let us magnify Your most high name. Let us proclaim the glory of the risen Lord.

Breathe Upon Us

Come breathe upon us breath of God. Consume  our broken lives. Pour Your Spirit on us. Do a deeper work in our lives. Empower us to soar like the eagle. Carry us by the wind of Your Spirit. 

Come breathe upon us breath of God. Enlarge our tents. Help us to thrive and not merely survive. Live powerfully through our lives and ministries. Let Your glory fall. Manifest Your power. Teach us Your ways. Guide us into Your glorious presence. Engulf us and envelope us with love.

Mighty God

You turn the desert into pools of water. Mighty are You. Mighty to save. Mighty to heal. Mighty to deliver. We marvel at Your miraculous power. We stand in awe of You. There is nothing too difficult for You.

You turn the desert into pools of water. You are the reason of our existence. We live to see a glimpse of Your glory. We live to see a sign of Your love. We live and move and have our being in You.

You command the winds and the waves. You set the galaxies in place. You created every star and named each of them. Great is the Lord. Worthy of all praise and glory.

You put eternity in our hearts. Your hope leads us on each new day. Your light burns brighter and stronger in each passing moment. We purpose in our hearts to seek You alone. We call upon You. We cry out to You.

Sovereign Lord, have Your way in us. Teach us to number our days. We count our blessings. We rest in Your love. We would have despaired had it not been for Your tender love. We would have despaired had it not been for Your unending mercy

Mighty God

The Holy Spirit intercedes for us unceasingly. We are always covered in prayer. We are not alone. The Lord covers us. He hems us in. He is in us. He is before us. He is beside us. He is behind us.

The Lord watches over us. He loves us with an everlasting love. He loves us deeply. He loves us dearly.

JL once messaged me to say that she was praying for me when the bus she was on was near my home. I was touched by this dear sister in the Lord.

God prompts people to pray for us. The unseen hand of God is moving. God is actively working in our broken lives. How deep is the love of God for us. We are never alone. Not only does the Holy Spirit intercedes for us. God touches the hearts of men and women to cover us in prayer.

God is moving powerfully. As we wait expectantly, He unveils His miraculous power and strength. He is unstoppable. He is unchanging. The Lord sustains us moment by moment.

Thank You, Lord

Thank You for holding us up. We have come so far and we are grateful. Grateful for Your unending mercy. Grateful for Your empowering presence. Grateful for Your hand of love.

Thank You for holding us up. You are our help us in times of need. You provide for us miraculously. You lead to a spacious place. You hem us in. You hide us in the shadow of Your wings.

Thank You for holding us up. You sustain us powerfully. When we feel that we are at the end of our strength, You renew us. You refresh us. You empower us. You energise us.
